Custom designs are exclusive to you, and will never be replicated for anyone else. Creating a custom piece of JWLRY is a great way to encapsulate a piece of your personality, eternalize a memory, or commemorate a loved one.
Commissioning Custom JWLRY
Step one is to get a good idea of what you want. Have a look around the shop to get an idea of price ranges, which metal you would like to use, if you like texture or smoothness, if you'd like to use gemstones or not, and if so, what color and shapes you like.
Bombard me with information. The more I know, the better I can find and create an idea that fits within your budget. You can even include pictures for inspiration!
Although, please be advised that I will never – under any circumstances – make replicas of other artist's work.
Next, once we have figured out the the general idea of your piece, I will send you a link to pay an advance, so we can start designing.
Through a collaborative process, we will design a piece that's exactly what you want. Once the drawings are finished, things will start moving fast.
I make the piece in wax and have it cast in your metal of choice. When I get it back from the foundry, it is still rough metal. So I file, sand, and polish it, set any gemstones by hand, and polish again until finished.
Now the price is calculated and you will receive another link to fulfil your payment. As soon as I receive the full amount, I'll send out your custom JWLRY with a tracking code, or if you're local it'll be available for pick-up.
