How to take care of your JWLRY?

To keep your jewelry looking its best: avoid chemicals; take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping; and store it in its included box or a soft pouch.

Each order comes with a polishing cloth to shine up your silver or gold jewelry. I don't recommend using it on gold-plated jewelry, as it risks wearing of the gold-plating faster.

Polishing Cloth

Every jewelry item comes with a polishing cloth but you can order extras here.

With a polishing cloth you can easily remove oxidation by firmly rubbing it over the surface of your silver or gold jewelry.
The cloth will turn black by using it, this means it's working! Never wash it, as the polishing product will wash off and you will just have a napkin with my logo on it. 

Please note that although gold-plated pieces also come with this cloth, using it risks wearing off the gold layer faster.

Finding your ring size

We offer two ways to get an accurate measurement of your finger.

You can order our ring sizer. It's €5, and includes a €5 voucher for when you buy a ring. This is the most certain way you can measure your size without consulting your local jeweler.

Alternatively, you can use our ring sizing document. Print it (make sure the scale is set to 100%), and follow the steps to find your size. This is a free alternative, but we recommend using a ruler to check if the scale is correct.

No printer? No worries! The most certain and completely free method is to ask a local jewelry shop to get your measurement.

DISCLAIMER
We strongly advise against using a string or something similar to measure your ringsize, as most are stretchy and pose a risk of giving a wrong result. A millimeter matters!

Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns, so it is of the utmost importance that you order your ring in the correct size.

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification for Accessories shipped within the European Union. Your item must be in the same condition as received — clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
