Returns and Refunds

European Union 14-day cooling off period

By default, jewelry items sold by Lauri JWLRY are made to order and/or personalised. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded on this basis.

Bespoke jewelry (default)

I work on demand, which means I don't keep stock, and I create your order from scratch to your preferences. This helps keep my small-scale process sustainable, and it also allows me to give your piece the full attention it deserves. Due to this bespoke approach, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are possible.

Accessories & Exclusives

You may cancel accessories or exclusive items within 24 hours of ordering. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition as received — clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Initiating a return

To start a return within the European Union, please navigate here and follow the instructions.

For items shipped outside of the EU, please contact holla@lauri-jwlry.com to ask if your item is eligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note from Lauri

Besides quality and customer satisfaction, sustainability is something I value deeply. Lauri JWLRY isn’t a company — it’s just me, handcrafting each piece to order. I don’t keep stock, and every item is made specifically for the person who orders it. Unfortunately, I can’t take a bespoke ring, gently remove the stones, and recycle them and the metal; I’d simply have to hope someone comes along who wants that exact design in that exact size.

Accepting returns would not only be unsustainable for my small-scale process, it would compromise the care and intention I pour into each piece. As a one-woman studio, I simply don’t have the resources to restock or remake items due to a change of heart.

I completely understand that ordering jewelry online can feel like a leap, which is why I’m always happy to answer any questions before you place your order, so you can feel confident in your choice.

If you're local, you can come visit my store and try on different designs, and I will measure your size for you.

Thank you for supporting slow fashion and independent craftsmanship.
