Shipping policy

Shipping times

Our pieces are produced on made-to-order basis to avoid unnecessary production and excessive stock. That means that once a piece is ordered, it is produced especially for you. Therefore, Lauri will need 3-6 weeks to make and ship your piece.

Items listed under ‘Exclusives’ are one of a kind and already made. Once ordered they will be shipped in 2-4 business days.

Tracking

Every order is shipped via registered mail with tracking and requires your signature to deliver. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Fees and taxes 

For international shipping, import taxes specific to your country might have to be paid upon reception. All import taxes are borne by the buyer.

Liabilities

From the moment a package leaves our facilities we are no longer liable. Lauri JWLRY cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or loss of the package during the shipment. We are also not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. It is up to you to verify if your shipping address is correct when completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, send an email to holla@lauri-jwlry.com with the correct one in it. If the package is not sent yet we can still change it.
